If you need to open PowerShell Run as administrator in windows 10 using following steps
PowerShell run as Administrator
Options 1. Click on Windows and type PowerShell
Right-click on PowerShell and click on Run as administrator
Options 2. Right-click on Start and select Windows PowerShell(Admin)
Options 3. Press the ctrl + shift + Esc for open the task manager
Click on File and select Run new Task
Type PowerShell, check the box Create the task with administrative privileges and click on OK
