If you need to change your user account name in windows 10 do the following steps for the name change.
Click on windows key +R and type control panel and press enter
Click on User Accounts
Click on Manage User Accounts
Click on UserName and select Properties which username name want to change
Change name from here and click on apply and ok
Now you can see username changed
One more option to you can change the name of UserName
Right-click on this PC and select Manage
Click on Local user and groups and select users
Right-click on User and select Rename
and change the name
