To make google new account go here :

Fill up all the information and make sure your password have to be strong. Then click on Next.

Step 2

Enter your phone number and recovery email address for advance security. Then Enter your birth-date and Gender and click on Next.

Step 3

Use more features like video calls, messages, and other services by click on Yes,I'm in button. If you don't want  more feature then click on Skip.

Step 4

Read and Agree Privacy and Terms by click on I agree.
