Option 1. Update the DVD driver

click on windows key +run and type devmgmt.msc and press enter

When the device manager windows appear click on DVD/CD-Rom drive and right-click on the driver. Select the Update Driver option.

Here a screen appears to ask you how to update your driver, if you want to update the driver online you select "Search automatically for updated driver software". if you have a driver you select "browser my computer for driver software"

Here we have selected "Search automatically for updated driver software" This option will be download and install the driver automatically from the Internet and click on next
