Night Mode:
Studies show the blue light cast by brilliant screens (on your PC or cell phone) lessens our capacity to fall asleep fast and keep up our energy for the duration of the day. This light really fools our mind into trusting it's day time, which is a logical inquiry best left for googling.
Select whichever color temperature is most comfortable for you.
Windows operating system automatically plans for Night Light after you enable it. Windows activates Night Light from sunset to sunrise, and it automatically adjusts these times to stay in sync with your location. In the event that you like, you can manually plan Night Light hours. Turn the “Schedule night light” toggle on and then select the “Set hours” option so you can choose the times of day Night Light should turn on and off.
Go to Settings > System > Display for Night Mode.
