If you want to clear your Windows 10 PC’s DNS cache use the following steps.
Click on start and cmd
Right-click on command prompt and select Run as administrator
When Command prompt open type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter
You will receive a message letting you know you have successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.
