If you need to create and reset windows 10 user password use the following steps
Options 1. Right-click on This PC and click on Manage
When Computer Management open click on Local Users and Group
Click on User and select the user which user you want to create a password
Right-click on User and select set password
Click on Proceed
Type New password and confirm password and click on OK
Options 2. Click on Windows and type control Panel
Click on User Accounts
Type New Password and confirm new password click on OK
Options 3. Click on windows and type cmd
Open Command prompt Run as administrator
When Command prompt open Type Net user Username Password
Ex: net user itsuupport Admin@123
