Telnet is a command tool that provides access to a command interface on a remote host. It used to test Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) connectivity.
First Open Server Manager and click on “Add roles and features”.
When Add Roles and Features Wizard opens, click on next
On the Installation Type screen, select Role-based or Feature-based installation select and click on next.
On the server selection screen, select the server to install on. By default it should be the local server itself, click on Next.
On the Server Roles screen, click on Next
On the Features screen, Select Telnet Client and click on Next.
On the Confirmation screen Select Restart the destination server automatically if required and click on install
Once the installation completed, click on Close.
Now open command prompt and type IP address ya hostname and port and press enter
