Disable & uninstall Cortana
Click on Windows, type gpedit.msc in the search box to open the Group Policy Editor.
Local Computer Policy > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Search.
Double-click on Cortana. When the file window appears just click Disable.
When PowerShell screen appears Get-AppxPackage | Select Name, PackageFullName command, and press Enter
Now type command Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.549981C3F5F10* | Remove-AppxPackage for Remove Cortana

Uninstall Cortana via PowerShell
