1. Press Windows key + R for Run
2. When Run Screen open Type gpedit.msc and press Enter.
3. Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update
4. Double-click on Configure Automatic Updates, check the box Disabled and click on Apply and ok
